These terms govern your use of this website and the purchases you make on it. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept them.

These details are published under Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE). In these terms, "we" refers to the owner named above.

2. Who may buy

You may place an order if you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. By ordering you confirm that this is the case and that the details you give us are accurate and complete.

3. How we sell

RB Home chooses pieces from workshops and brands in Spain. We don't have our own warehouse: when you order, each piece is prepared and sent directly by the workshop or brand that makes or selects it. Your purchase contract is always with us, and we are the ones responsible for your order.

4. Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph pieces carefully. Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen, and dimensions are approximate unless stated otherwise. Handmade or antique pieces have their own variations and marks, which we describe on their page. Availability is not guaranteed and we may change or withdraw products before accepting your order.

5. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order.

If we find an obvious pricing error in an order you have placed, we will tell you before shipping and you can choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

6. How the contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. You'll receive an email confirming we have received it; that email does not conclude the contract. The contract is concluded when we send you the shipping confirmation.

If we can't accept your order (for example because a piece has sold out, we can't deliver to your address or there was a pricing error), we'll tell you and refund everything you paid.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details. Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed.

8. Delivery

Delivery destinations, costs and times are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. The goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to the person you name.

9. Withdrawal, returns and guarantee

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, and other rights if a product is faulty or not as described, including the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. These rights, and how to use them, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Use of the website

You agree not to use this site unlawfully or in any way that could damage it, disable it or affect other people's use of it. You may not attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site or extract data by automated means without our permission.

11. Intellectual property

The content of this site (texts, images, design, graphics and logos) is ours, belongs to the workshops and brands whose products we sell, or is used under licence, and is protected by law. You may view and print it for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without prior written permission.

12. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for what is done with your account. Tell us as soon as possible if you think someone has used it without your permission.

13. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable damage we cause if we fail to comply with these terms or to act with due care.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud and for defective products under applicable law.

We are not liable for damage that was not foreseeable or for business losses: these terms are for consumers.

14. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, strikes, extreme weather or failures of telecommunications networks. If this happens we'll let you know and, if the delay is significant, you can cancel the affected order for a full refund.

15. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example because of changes in the law or in how the store works. Each order is governed by the version in force when you place it. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.

17. Applicable law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you contract as a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

If you have a complaint, write to us first at hola@rb-home.store: most problems are resolved quickly. You can also use the Spanish consumer arbitration system (Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo) or the consumer services of your region.
